- competitive salary package - WFH
Cons
- low leave credits - supervisors have no initiative and needs constant follow up regarding annual salary increase - HMO includes 2 dependents only and coverage is not even that big (need to upgrade for better private rooms, no dental coverage) - overall work experience depends on your client. based on personal experience, zero career growth due to old techs used by client - supervisors do not have actual IT knowledge and wouldn't know how to properly investigate any issue the client raises about you if there would be any - HR are pro client, anti employee
