Thanks for leaving such a nice review. As you mentioned, we're proud to offer great benefits and competitive salaries to our employees so we can attract and retain top talent. We also think it is important that all our employees have access to great tools and technology so we can continue to be an innovative leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces.
I do want to take this opportunity to provide clarity around one of your comments around working from home. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we transitioned fully to a work from home environment, as the health and safety of our employees is a priority. As appropriate and allowed by state-mandated protocols, our offices remain open at limited capacity (no more than 15% max capacity, and never reaching more than 5% capacity in any given office during the pandemic) for employees who choose to work in an office setting. Additionally, we remain vigilant in our efforts to continue to adhere to all health and safety guidelines. This includes temperature checks, enhanced cleaning measures, mask mandates, adding commercial-grade air purifiers, redesigned space to help employees adhere to social distancing and more.
