Excellent direct manager that truly has your back and cares about your comfort and well-being. Patient management and team that understands what you need.

Cons

Upper management seems to drag middle management anytime they protect their employees. They also implement company blocks on random websites, no work from home options (Seriously absolutely none). Terrible vacation time. Barely any holidays off.
