      Decent Place, Good Pay, Great start to a professional career

      Good pay, cutting edge technology in all offices, great employess, there is always a happy hour somewhere, you dont take your job home with you

      Cons

      after 3-6 months your job is constantly on the line, high turnover rate in all departments, low employee moral, not needed in the industry as much as they'd like to think, management across the board with a few exceptions have little to no management experience,

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've worked with and a company that's on the up. The most friendly place I've worked in and I feel what I do is valued by the management and my clients

      Cons

      It can be a challenge to keep up but I love all the change. More time with my manager would be good but I know they are busy.

      Progressive company and inspirational leadership - especially CEO City centre location, Mon- Fri and flexi hours Amazing bunch of people and lots of social events Good salary, bonus and benefits and career opportunities

      Cons

      Communication with sales team can be frustrating Ongoing training could be better and more varied Air con doesn't seem to work well in the office, it's usually too warm
