Challenging role, but rewarding pay & benefits

Lots of networking opportunities with high visibility, job security as the company is performing well, great benefits + salary, great learning opportunity to learn the CRE industry, strict 40hr/week week makes for an easier work/life balance, free parking & gym on-site, WFH on Fridays

Cons

Unreasonable workload, overly metricized role with the metrics changing every few months making expectations complex to understand, your manager can make or break your experience here - some managers create a toxic work environment, the pressure of the role can take a mental toll on you. Despite the cons, I would recommend the role because of the salary alone and industry knowledge if you are interested in CRE- you need to be very disciplined to succeed in the role and autonomous.

- Many cons come with this position. Schedule training 30 days in advance. You will be expected to drop everything for a paid trip to Virginia. You will hit the ground running from there. If you have a family, I suggest handling ALL business before training because when you are finished, the only thing you will have time for is work. -PTO structure is horrible for parents, especially those with small children. - Toxic culture. It is very easy to work yourself sick here, please take care of yourself and remember no job is worth sacrificing your health for. - No time to learn and fully understand new projects, you’re expected to meet metrics no matter what. This job takes a major toll on families and single parents, it’s structured for people without families or other major responsibilities.

- Good pay, great benefits - Interesting complex technical challenges - coworkers are great, really smart people to work with and learn from - Stable company. The company is always turning profits and if you do a decent job, you will keep your job

Cons

- Some brands are dated legacy technology but they do have plans to move to more modern technology. Corporate feeling. - You don't get a ton of say on best practice. The directors and VPs do what they want and they have been here forever - Doesn't always have clear instructions. More here's your assignment let's see what you come up with.
