      This is by far the most toxic, micromanaging environment I have experienced in my entire career. The unreasonable focus on metrics is placing employees in a constant state of stress and anxiety. Extremely poor communication, weekly adjustments to the workflow, and unethical business practices only add to the dysfunction. This company does not care about its employees and meeting the weekly numbers is all that matters to them, regardless if it leads to burnout. Every day feels the same and too many employees work well beyond 40 hours just to meet their weekly metrics that are unreasonable and arbitrary.

      Great Health Benefits. Can make decent money but its not worth it. Do not work here it's a horrible environment, bad comp plan designed to take money from you.

      the company is dying , there are always lay offs are goring around. some are quiet. They hire new talents , go through all the KT sessions and then lay them off. no career growth
