We appreciate you leaving a review. While it's great to hear you enjoy some of the perks we are happily able to offer employees, we want to address your other concerns. We take it very seriously when an employee expresses that their experience is falling short of our goals to provide a meaningful and impactful experience for all employees. CoStar Group is committed to creating an inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. Please know that we read every review and share feedback with the appropriate leadership. While change doesn’t happen overnight, leadership has made it very clear that they are working diligently to create more opportunities for employees to participate in culture conversations, as well as an increased commitment to employee learning and development. Specifically regarding the office culture and unfair treatment you mentioned, we would like the opportunity to learn more about your experience. We do not condone any form of discrimination or harassment at CoStar Group. We strongly encourage you to share your specific comments with us at HRdepartment@costar.com so that we can determine the best way to address them. Additionally, we started ramping up diversity and inclusion efforts well over a year ago and this remains a high priority for our company. Our CEO sits on the Board of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), an organization dedicated to equipping high-achieving women and men from underrepresented communities to realize their full potential and help transform their career and life trajectories through business leadership. In 2017, CoStar Group made a $1 million commitment to the MLT organization in support of their mission and goals. This year, we've hosted internal events for Black History Month and Women's History Month before the pandemic began. This has ultimately culminated in us creating a fulltime Diversity, Equity & Inclusion position to further these kinds of activities and strengthen our company culture, as well as refocusing our recruiting efforts so we can be a more diverse and inclusive organization. Last month we announced the creation of the Black Excellence Network, with planned programming to include forum discussions about the experience of our black colleagues and their thoughts about the current social climate and ideas for positive progress. Internally, our CEO and CHRO have been passionate about the importance of the Black Lives Matter movement and both are committed to affecting real change. Additional monthly programming is being planned to help drive inclusion and foster a more open dialogue around diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace. In regards to your comments surrounding COVID-19 communications, remember that a large portion of the May All Hands Meeting was dedicated to COVID-19. We discussed how the virus is impacting communities, how we would remain a remote work environment until it was safe to begin bringing employees back to the office setting and how to best support our customers through the pandemic. We remain committed to the health and safety of our employees and continue to monitor COVID-19 and how it will impact our work environment for the remainder of 2020 and beyond. Our next All Hands meeting in August will continue this conversation. Again, if you are open to a discussion about the concerns you raised in your review, please reach out to HRdepartment@costar.com. Thank you.

Metrics that will never get explained because no one understands them. Managed by fear and intimidation.
