      Pros

      The first thing I think of is how great the people are that I work with. Missy is an amazing manager and because she did this job for so long - she really gets it and is helpful navigating the day to day challenges and headaches. The office is great too. Lots of snacks, drinks, and anything you need. The team works together and loves to see each other win. We do team lunches and other activities but never pressure to join if you can’t.

      Cons

      I personally don’t like the reversal structure.
