Got to play dress up and met some nice people

Cons

Manager was a bully who played favorites and would talk badly about her team. Brought this issue to HR and nothing was done. Culture is extremely toxic, micro management, they increased metrics with no pay increase, misleading during interview process.

Everything outside of the benefits - stagnant salary & growth, leadership incentivized by social norms instead of actual data points, and company is essentially a call center instead of a tech company
