      - Technology Stack and Data Exposure

      - Upper management lack clear goals and directions. - Projects goes in cycles and never make it out the door. Constant shift in priorities with no follow through. - Leadership cares more about the appearance of success rather than the actual implementation. Bragging of big numbers that aren't realistic of achieving. - Forced to work in the office during a fruit flies outbreak. - Smart people are sidelined while yes man are favored to maintain hierarchy of insecure leadership. They don't want to be challenged, only to be agreed with even if it doesn't make sense.

      - There was a pattern of managers addressing mistakes by raising their voices at employees in group settings, which created an anxious work environment - Upper management showed blatant favoritism as certain employees received consistent recognition and support during both professional and personal challenges, while others were largely invisible regardless of their contributions. - There wasn't a clear feedback process. I only got substantive feedback during annual reviews
