      Highly Questionable Workplace Culture

      Pros

      None that outweighed the negatives. Hard to identify any meaningful positives. Paycheck arrived on time. The work itself could have been manageable in a healthier environment. Some coworkers were decent people.

      Cons

      Management lacked professionalism and created an uncomfortable work environment. Favoritism was noticeable, boundaries were often inappropriate, and employees who did not fit into the internal social dynamic did not seem to be treated fairly.

      Good business model, lots of growth, interesting work and pay is good

      Cons

      Culture is not employee-centric, it is output centric People are not respected, treated like expendable resources and are fired at will Decisions are nearly impossible to get, and can change frequently and without notice Leadership is not valued, and thus no great leaders on the exec team
