Pros

I want to give zero star but 1 is the smallest

Cons

Terrible! I worked in Boston office and the cultural is toxic. Working hour is much longer than the industry. People sometime need to work overtime that is due to senior management bad schedule. Wouldn’t get any appreciate and no overtime paid bonus. Salary is lower than the industry average but highly demand on the work. 5 days on site work. No flexibility. Stay as far as possible!

Pros

Decent pay, health benefits, office snacks

Cons

High pressure, "cutthroat" environment, constant surveillance, and leadership seen as out of touch. Micromanagement, favoritism, unethical practices, and lack of support, with HR often seen as unhelpful in serious situations. Long hours, no real growth opportunities, constant rule changes, and feeling like a "cog in the system". Firing employees on disability leave, questionable compensation structures, and facing discrimination claims. Other sales reps are deceptive , will steal clients out of your book or HQ and rewrite contracts to fit their territory and narrative . Just very confusing , can’t trust your coworkers and clawbacks is demoralizing in terms of trying to make commissions
