Used to be a fun selling environment, now the sales reps have a thousand responsibilities that all get in the way of getting commission. You have to take other people's cancels as a full negative against your quota and you have to hit arbitrary servicing requirements or you don't get paid. Terrible upper management and a toxic environment. Stay away.

Time flexibility and work/life balance is gone. CEO doesn't think remote work is as beneficial as being in office. Only given 5 days a YEAR to work remote and then you're done. No growth. I would never recommend this company to a friend or colleague. Near impossible to get well-deserved pay raises outside of yearly reviews and still paid less than the market value.
