Pros

Pay was not bad for the area. Trauma bonding with coworkers was alright. Strict 40 hour schedule, won't go over that until you reach management as you're hourly.

Cons

Lied about it being a glorified call center in interview process. Arbitrary and ridiculously strict metrics. Overly competitive and stressful environment. Getting yelled at over the phone because we are forced to harrass them to no end. No remote flexibility. Sexual harassment rampant. Bullying rampant. Shall I go on?

Pros

Work/life balance is a core value Large corporation with tons of mobility opportunities Progressive C-suite team Incredible insurance benefits Competitive pay and regular merit raises Still operating a strong DEI mission despite current political climate

Cons

Constant change and restructuring, with limited notice/communication Large push to centralize work to Richmond hub Full WFH capability with little to no WFH time Communication at all levels is slower than the pace the company wants to change and pivot priorities
