      Toxic Culture with Company stuck in reverse

      Solid benefits and compensation; great office space; monopoly on CRE data space, company has tons of cash with few competitors, and a solid plan for growth

      Cons

      dysfunctional leadership team, toxic work culture, clock watcher mentality; be prepared to show up 9-6 every day, no exceptions, no flexibility; no diversity on the leadership team; classic example of doing things the same way over and over and expecting different outcomes, not open to change or outside viewpoints

      Great benefits - but still not enough

      Cons

      Company culture was the worst I have ever experienced. The company is truly missing good leadership and executives do not care about your feedback. I watched so many talented coworkers leave because of this. No working from home flexibility at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Benefits are great, base salary is good, product you sell is best in the industry

      Culture is poor Leadership is out of touch CEO is disrespectful The clients you service don’t like you Commission plan changes every year based on what suits the company best If you take pride in who you work for and what they stand for, this isn’t it.
