Pros

9-5 then you go home no questions asked If you are working in DC they pay for your metro fee

Cons

Feels like you are in college again A lot of micro managing No real skills are developed in this role besides calling This role works like an inside sales role, all you do is call. Don't fool yourself in thinking that you are going to be an expert, your friends will have real jobs at other companies while you are just here working like a call robot

Pros

City centre location. Office manager works hard to keep it looking good. Free tea and coffee (for the time being) and fruit each week.

Cons

Took away out flexible working, dress down days, strong female managers were worn down by the autocratic directors who have capitulated to the madness of the USA.....clearly Trump has a good friend in the CEO as he also suffers from delusional belief that he knows best on everything. Supported by his mouthpiece- curls and snide comments abound and is turning what had been a really good, solid and supportive place to work into a hideous place to come to daily.

Forward thinking Technology minded company

Cons

Machiavellian Culture, poor management style rampantly micromanaging their teams to death, A negative environment which has sucked the joy out of work in record time. This company is great on the surface but beneath that pretty shiny exterior is an ugly blackened soul that leaves one suffocating under its grasp.
