      - Benefits - Getting a living salary to do mindless work - Company giveaways - Young and likeminded coworkers - Beautiful building

      - Management doesn't know what they're doing - CEO/upper management look down on those that don't have a degree and aren't working towards one - Lots of favoritism - Doesn't encourage you to take your time off

      Thanks for leaving a review and for your time with us. Our entry level positions in Research do not require a college degree. We offer individuals without degrees the option to advance through manager guidance and educational benefits. Our tuition reimbursement program, which many employees take advantage of, reimburses for up to $5,250 of degree costs annually. We stress the importance of college degrees because they provide many of the tools needed by researchers to develop successful careers at CoStar. We’re always thrilled when members of the team take steps towards obtaining one.
