Our training program for our sales teams, along with our numerous training and continuing education opportunities, are one of the many things that we are most proud of here at CoStar. You are correct that there is always a high percentage of turnover in any sales roles. Some of our turnover can be attributed to the promotions that are earned by our sales team members. With that noted, given our tremendous growth over the years, we are always looking for people to join our sales teams in markets throughout the United States, Canada and the UK. We do not like to hear that you feel that you are 'just a number' to management, as our employees are our most valuable resource. We will continue to refine internal communications methods, but always encourage our team members to share feedback, including concerns, with any member of our upper management team.
