      Pros

      Great environment, very organized company, and many events.

      Cons

      Lunch break is not counted on your time sheet. In other words, instead of the regular 8hrs at work, you'll be there for 9hrs. Customers can be very irritating and make the job frustrating.

      Pros

      Great products. Great office environment. Well respected in the commercial real estate industry. Well compensated when goals are met. I felt like my direct manager and region manager had my back and fought for their team every month. Great training and sales support.

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales goals. Some distrust among colleagues due to nefarious engagement tactics. Month to month pressure to produce sales at any cost.
