      Pros

      Free food, easy work, young people, set hours, cool office. Learn a good amount about cre during training if you don't have previous experience.

      Cons

      Performance based on number of 1.5 minutes phone calls, not on amount of data entered or the accuracy of the data. Feels very much like a call center, after 2-3 weeks of training you don't learn much about CRE, just how to ask people questions. Some managers tend to treat you like children.

Much of the data you gather simply can’t be obtained through any other method than calling parties to a transaction. That said we regularly assess our performance metrics and are always working to recognize the full value of team members’ contributions.

      Pros

      You meet alot of great people from different backgrounds. You have some good managers that care. Bonus was pretty good. Coffee and Free snacks.

      Cons

      Very high turn over, micro management, very hard to gather information when you have others around you talking loud including the managers. If you dont like change this is not the place for you. Don't get your hopes up when they want to share good news. Nine times out of ten its not benefiting you.
