      Pros

      The people are awesome, especially if you work in Research. Everyone is really young. People work hard and play hard. There are always team events, happy hours, and parties. You will make great friends. The company is alsp a great place to get a broad overview of commercial real estate. You will make a lot of connections and learn about the different roles in the industry. You may even get poached out for another job by one of the contacts in your portfolio. The company is doing really well financially so no need to worry about layoffs.

      Cons

      The bonus structure is a joke if you're in Research. There's not a lot of room to advance vertically. If you want to go to another department, though, it's a big company so it's fairly easy to move.
