Pros

There used to be pros but they were gradually reduced to the point where no pro can stand up to the weight of the cons. Decent coffee machine?

Cons

Terrible staff moral, bullying from middle management for researchers to meet absurd call targets. Some of the work felt dishonest - selling data that was procured in a very roundabout way or using a lot of guesswork. Making up excuses to call agents to make up call time to save your neck if it was a tough week. Having to listen to the lies from senior management who have little to no interest in people and would sell their own granny if they thought it would further their career.

Pros

The people- never met a better group of oppressed over educated people working in a more menial job. The pub next door is pretty good after the end of another soul destroying week.

Cons

Where to start! bullying, senior management never listen to anything anyone has to say, any constructive criticism is taken on board and then you are victimized for speaking up. The only thing that keeps people there is the money - you get paid ok for doing basically nothing but rip off external websites and sit on the phone to answering machines. People are labelled, pigeonholed and bullied until they have no fight left. Simon is faceless and delegates everything to his next in command. The managers are call centre managers, who are generally nice enough but totally inequipped to deal with people, teams and have no experience in commercial property or surveying. You get patronised on a daily basis and no sympathy is given for anything. None of the management team have any respect for anyone below them. I had a different idea of what the job was from the title so I urge anyone with a focus on their prospect and making something of themselves to run a mile. you'll end up setting yourself back years. They have also obviously got some employees to review on here too which I find completely hilarious- nobody in the office was ever happy. The air con is the most fake thing to put as a con and people who wrote those reviews should be ashamed of themselves!
