The executive team does not communicate with each other. This same ineffective communication flows downhill very rapidly to every person within the company. Miscommunication and lies seem to be the answer for everything.

Culture is a suit and tie organization that wants to present a level of professionalism that is seldom seen. Dress the part and it will fall into place? Not quit.
The irony here is the company is trying to execute a program to "show" they care about the employee and address feedback on Glassdoor and employee satisfaction. All... they have done this before and nothing changed in the past.
