      Pros

      the invidual teams within the company were great. we all hung out aside from work as well which made it easier to get through the day

      Pros

      Amazing benefits. The company is growing and expanding. A dynamic industry. The product is information, and people always need information.

      Cons

      Work ok an RA in a level 1 portfolio is just making calls. I also dont see how the work I am doing really matters in the big picture. The company is metric oriented where the numbers are more important than the quality of the data.

      Pros

      Really nice office space and good pay for what you're doing. They like to hire young people and who need a job, so it can be a good place to get a foot in the door. There is also some room for advancement.

      Cons

      This is a very sales driven company and the sales department is run like a big contest, not too much strategy going on. To compensate for sales strategy they pump out new products. The company culture rewards sales more than anything and they're not so much about personal growth.
