      Pros

      Colleagues. No day was the same. Nice to build relationships with different players within the industry.

      Cons

      Only treated like a number. Dressed it up as a "Research Centre" but towards the end it was just a call centre. Some management hired with no prior experience managing people.

      Pros

      Money and nice office environment and some good people work alongside you.

      Cons

      This is a call centre being cloaked as something more sophisticated. If you don't keep enough interviewees on the line for a long enough period, you will soon be shown the exit. One of the worst jobs I have ever had. Never again.
