      - Great teammates - Teaches basic CRE info; good for those trying to enter CRE I guess

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency from senior management - More talk about metrics than career growth - Frequent major changes to workflow process - For a job that mainly involves calling, no flexibility to WFH

      Some good people in the company.

      Cons

      This company has a excessive micromanagement culture. The leadership here all work in fear of the owner. When the owner came to visit the London office you would see leadership having kittens. Only way management get output from their teams is by micromanaging. Forget trying to bring in improvements. Forget suggesting ways to make something better, even though you probably have more experience then your boss does. People who have worked here for years have received inaccurate job titles just to keep them happy. Joining this company is the worse choice you can make. This place will kill your joy for working.
