      Pros

      Good benefits and amenities make this a comfortable workplace. The workload stays balanced with short periods of higher volume, but as long as you can manage your time it goes smoothly.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons other than I wish the continuing education reimbursement could be applied to courses outside of a masters program. On the whole, the merger with LoopNet has benefited many departments and allowed for even better company perks, in my opinion.

      -paid vacation (training trip) to Washington D.C. -iPad -no office -make up your own hours (as long as it was 8 hours in a day) -good benefits -plenty of sick/vacation time off -no physical contact with boss -occasionally enjoy the outdoors

      Cons

      -horrible company car (disgusting/used toyota prius) -poor upper "management" skills -lack of organization -unhealthy work environment -horrible pay for the amount of work you put in -"compensation" was a joke from day one -stuck in the horrible car for 8 hours a day -began the job with "management" stating its quality or quantity. quickly transformed to quantity first.
