      Pros

      The other people in research are great for happy hours and taking lunch. You do learn about CRE.. to bad they wont let you use it.

      Cons

      Job sucks.. Its pretty much a glorified call-center. They will work you to the bone. You are constantly being recorded and monitored and then reminded about where you stack up in the company based on ridiculous metric standards.
