Pros

The starting salary is competitive and so is the benefits package. The company will also give referral bonuses to it's employees.

Cons

Metrics. Metrics. Metrics. Metrics that are derrived based off of quantity not quality. Incentives are based off of quantity, not quality. The information doesn't necessarily have to be right, as long as it's entered. This leads to a subpar product for clients.

Benefits, great product offerings, solid training program

Cons

Despite all your hard work and success in closing deals, you are not properly compensated because you need to cover reversals in your book of business on deals you never closed. You feel like you are playing catch up. High turnover in sales force due to compensation promises and reality.

Training sucks, apparently it changes every month but just ridiculous, they watch you fall and then tell you what to do. Also they will change what you do everyday including who you call and why. The job is fairly simple and straight forward if they could just skip the antiquated corporate inefficient "training" just have us sit with the people who actually do work.
