      Like most jobs, it's the people you meet who will make the biggest impact on you. For all their faults, they do hire good people.

      Cons

      Lack of respect for research staff Those with less work are rewarded with bonus/career progression Disciplinary system instigated at the drop of a hat People caught cheating figures unpunished and at least once, promoted Favouritism (see above) Bullying culture by way of their disciplinary procedure Unwillingness to accept that they could be wrong

      Pros

      Office based in central London. Easily accessible to shops and bars.

      Cons

      Rude and arrogant sales team where everyone is bickering and bad mouthing each other. Unhealthy aggressive environment. Bad commission plans. No recognition for the people who put their heads down and do a good job. Seems like the loud empty vessels get all the praise. Management can not be trusted.
