      Good benefits, Products with unlimited potential. Lack of communication at all levels, lack of resources in many depts.

      Pros

      In my experience great people at all levels of the organization. A relatively brilliant CEO in the space.

      Cons

      Very limited or extremely difficult to acchieve career growth. Responsibilities are piled on, but promotions or raises never there to compensate for it. Serious lack of resources in many areas of the organization.

      Benefits, great product offerings, solid training program

      Cons

      Despite all your hard work and success in closing deals, you are not properly compensated because you need to cover reversals in your book of business on deals you never closed. You feel like you are playing catch up. High turnover in sales force due to compensation promises and reality.

      Not a bad job, but not a place you can have a career unless you want to move to the east coast.

      Pros

      Fast paced and always being challenged to do more and forced to keep up with new technology. Probably a great job for someone one to two years out of college.

      Cons

      No concern by upper management for anyone having a personal life, not respectful of holidays or earned vacations days. Great place to work, but just don't stay too long. Having the word real estate in your bag of tricks is not helpful on the resume when you are seeking other opportunities so be mindful of what industry they focus upon.
