- good pay + benefits

Cons

- There was a pattern of managers addressing mistakes by raising their voices at employees in group settings, which created an anxious work environment - Upper management showed blatant favoritism as certain employees received consistent recognition and support during both professional and personal challenges, while others were largely invisible regardless of their contributions. - There wasn't a clear feedback process. I only got substantive feedback during annual reviews

Pros

None that outweighed the negatives. Hard to identify any meaningful positives. Paycheck arrived on time. The work itself could have been manageable in a healthier environment. Some coworkers were decent people.

Cons

Management lacked professionalism and created an uncomfortable work environment. Favoritism was noticeable, boundaries were often inappropriate, and employees who did not fit into the internal social dynamic did not seem to be treated fairly.
