Pros

Great product, deep discounts, better work life balance than most retailers.

Cons

There is little to no training tools provided when on-boarding. The company isn't performing, therefor, there isn't opportunity for growth. The technology in the POS system and back office is poor and outdated. The company keeps trying to re-brand itself, but can't seem to decide on which direction to take.

Pros

Learned valuable selling skills, great discount, great benefits as a manager.

Cons

Horrible work life balance, overworked and under appreciated, terrible pay, people were disposable, high pressure with little motivation, and way to concerned with appearance.

Pros

1. Work-life balance was good 2. Corporate will reward you with CoachBucks for meeting/exceeding UPT ADT or sales goals. 3. Great discount

Cons

1. Pay was incredibly low. 2. Pressure to buy product when sales associates clearly couldn't afford it. Were told not to carry non-Coach handbags to work, even though they'd be stowed in the back with our personal items where nobody could see them.
