Pros
Great relationship with managers, lots of banter and for the most part they will share in the slog of slow days and the frenzy leading up to the holidays/sales period. Good team of people made shifts pleasant and in a small team everyone is given responsibility. Supportive managers who will allow sales associates to play to individual strengths
Cons
Expectation of unsustainable growth from some members of middle management, though my direct assistant store manager and supervisor were kind people and realistic about footfall and demand. Head office can be very slow and intransigent, so requesting things from them is difficult.
