      They really care about the people. Or, they used to. Execs used to seem genuine and caring.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership since last summer. No one seems decisive anymore. Lots of people we're let go but the ones that remain are lacking. Our District Mgr. is a joke, yet she got yo keep her job?!?!

      Lack of development and growth. The reason I say this is because giving the fact that if your not friends with management you basically have no opportunity. I've been with this company for 3 years and I'm still a part time employee. I've seen the transition of the company and how many of my peers climbing up to management and I'm still stuck at the bottom. It's not a good feeling at all because I have experience in management and training. Again I'm not discouraging anyone not to work for this company it's a great company. Just keep in mind if you get management upset make sure to win their heart's over if your thinking of growing with the company.
