      Pros

      - Good employee discount. For someone who loves Coach product, it is great benefit. - Maternity friendly environment. Many people take long maternity leave.

      Cons

      - Full time employees just pretend to be busy, but they don't really work - Bad communication. It is extremely hard to communicate to supervisors even if someone has serious problem, and and they just leave the company. Extremely stressful. - The employees work there for long time (over 1 year) are only who like manager, and manager like, and who can pretend to be busy. Most people who really work leave job within 1 year, so there are no supervisor who really work. They continues complaining about new employees.

      the company cares and values its staff, co-workers are friendly, not very political , compensation and benefits are well taken care of, summer hours

      Cons

      demanding, always have to "deep dive" into details -way too detailed and frequent when it comes to reporting (regardless of which department you are in), title inflated - a department of 6 can have as many as 4 managers with only 1 team assistant or no subordinates.
