      No Micromanaging, able to work independently, Opportunity to be able to help the community, Family oriented company.

      Cons

      Not encouraged to grow within the company, I believe they will look outside before hiring within.

      Pros

      Working for this company is very fun, The whole team is like a family. We sell an amazing product and have a lot of fun doing it. We have daily/Monthly goals that we strive for and for the most part we hit them. The company offers Team Share which is a monthly bonus option, if we make our monthly goal we get a bonus.

      Cons

      The company focuses way to much on individual metrics and not enough on the bottom line which in turn creates a hostile environment between associates because all we want to to is make the managers proud. Then when an issue arrises between multiple associates management does little to help the situation.

      The organization, the people, the speed and it's a great way to learn how the industry works

      It's slow at times but it's great for learning with the management staff they are very fun people and very good teachers
