      Great discount not much else to offer

      Cons

      Managers are very hostile, rude talk about others to each other. When there’s an issue they try to make you feel bad and will cry to you. Have touch bases to “develop” but all they do is tell you want your doing wrong and won’t give you a way to fix it or help at all

      Most handbags are of good quality.

      There is said to be an environment of learning and authenticity, however it is truly an environment bred to tell on one another if mistakes are made after the first 30 days. Additionally, higher ups micromanage, taking away from actual time allowing for customer interaction. Last, would be that you are held accountable for standards that they do not hold for themselves.
