      Pressure on Management personnel was extreme.

      Pros

      The discounts on merchandise were very good.

      Cons

      Uniform was quite restrictive, and expensive to keep up. Sales goals were extremely hard to achieve.

      Pros

      Coach values their employees, which they in turn value the customers = win/win. Challenging, yet rewarding company to work for; keeps you on your toes. Opportunity to grow if you are consistent in performance and open to feedback to improve.

      Cons

      Employees recognize they have a "good thing" working for Coach, so advancement can be slow at times because people rarely leave!

      Pros

      Great discount, great product, and nice incentives.

      Cons

      Low pay at all levels and they have very high expectations for such low pay. Nothing you do is good enough and they will let you know. They will keep asking for more even when you are doing better then everyone else in the store/company. Every aspect is micro managed so if you like a little freedom you will not find it here. The stress is super high and management will agree. Expect to pay 200+ on dress code when you start.
