      Good company, but depending on department, not so great

      Pros

      - Decent benefits (employee stock purchase, merchandise discount) - Sense of pride working for Coach, from recognition awards to the greeting you get from most retail stores

      Cons

      - Very little vacation and some managers won't allow you to take more than one week at a time (seems to be part of the culture) - Inconvenient location

      Pros

      Great Benefits. Friendly management and Team. Flexible when it comes to making up time due to doc appts/family emergencies. Interesting work.

      Cons

      Very long hours on normal days. Staying late is expected so difficult for people with children. Office location is very far from anything worth doing. 3 avenues away from transit system. Haphazard training.

      Pros

      - High quality brand - Good pay and benefits, medical, dental, eye, vacation, continuing education programs and employee discount - Talented colleagues to keep work quality up - Offices are in the renovated, original Coach warehouse

      Cons

      - Meetings a unstructured and continually run over. - Space is a little tight as the company grows faster than office space (but this is being adjusted)
