Not allot of turnover, opportunity for advancement without moving is minimal

I've been waiting almost a year to write this review because it was such a hard place to come to after being at a family oriented, work life balanced company. There are rounds and rounds of layoffs- which, i understand, is part of rebranding but the coldness of HR and how undervalued you are is in the air as people whisper about the company leaders. Lots of employees dont trust each other, they warn you not to tell anyone where you are going when you leave. The benefits as a mother or mother to be are horrific. 6 wks half pay. and the cafeteria food is certainly like the cafeteria of our school days: NONorganic and lots of beef strogenoff.
