They put a lot of emphasis on selling and engaging customers. Some people do not like to be talked to who come in but they are very strict about follow up and telling the customer everything about the bags. It can be fun but they are strict about everything from your makeup to your socks. And no clips in your hair. For the bags to be so high I would think they could pay more per hour especially if you are a top seller. They are never happy with the numbers even if you are the top seller Other people stealing sales or taking bags from someone you helped and walking around with them. Not listening to concerns you have about unprofessional conduct of other employees. Not caring about your sales being accidentally rung under another persons name.

- micromanagement, nit picky, minutia, lots of rules that are always changing. - lack of consistency in communicating the ever changing policies - very strict dress code, requires expense on part of employee and no freedom of self expression or style despite being a high fashion brand - high requirement of task completion while simultaneously expecting high sales results - work life balance extremely challenging
