Organized & let employees get paid time to volunteer.

Items arrived overpacked to a hilarious degree (literally have each zipper taped with foam, and doubling down on exterior packaging even more)...but the weird part is that we had to COMPLETELY remove the packaging as soon as items arrived and before putting them away & squeezing items into racks, so customers never even see the "benefits" of all the waste. Literally had to hold back snorting whenever someone wanted a "fresh" bag from the back. Strict dress code considering they don't give you any allowance for one (even for someone who spent MOST of the time in the back climbing ladders & reorganizing product).
