You do get great discounts for specific seasons at the Grove location

The General Manager likes to only schedule seasonal sales advisors based on who she likes and they make you work hard to “prove yourself” to become an employee there. I have talked you other seasonals that even went as far as thinking its racial discrimination… Specifically a lot of POC were not scheduled very much even after working and selling a lot. The culture is very toxic amongst employees and it is evident in how they treat you…
