Pros
I have worked PT at Coach for over a year and first I want to say that I was impressed the way they handles the hurricane. They have an employee relief program that allowed extra funds for employees who were dealing with hardships. Other Pros: -competitive pay compared to other similar brands -friendly work environment -management will work with schedule -thriving company so making bonus is likely
Cons
-no benefits -minimal growth unless willing to relocate. Management staffing (asm and beyond) is pretty full, so it would take patience to find opportunities for growth -it's retail, so don't expect holidays off
