      Pros

      Work environment was great, unforgettable managers and coworkers for the most part. Can't complain and would work there again just for the people.

      Cons

      Work was very demanding and strict for paying minimum wage. Three write ups and you're fired. Could not be more than 5 minutes late to clock in otherwise guaranteed write up.

      Working here has been a deeply unpleasant experience due to the toxic work environment fostered by poor leadership. The stage manager in particular often exhibits passive-aggressive behavior, making communication unnecessarily tense and unproductive. Constructive feedback is almost nonexistent, replaced by veiled criticisms and indirect remarks that create confusion and lower morale. Instead of fostering teamwork, the environment feels competitive and discouraging, leaving employees feeling undervalued and constantly on edge.
