      Pros

      A great brand with a lot of cache. You work with a lot of talented, intelligent people. Excellent benefits, competitive salary, great discount.

      Cons

      Morale declining. A lot of transition in leadership. Layoffs. Not enough resources; too many leaders.

      Pros

      A company that believes in and supports its employees. COACH is constantly motivating itself and peers through branding.

      Cons

      Last minute communication sometimes comes down from a Corporate level which stinks on the tardiness of it. Constant competing with self when it comes to boutique versus department stores.

      Pros

      The best reasons to work for Coach would be the ability to move from part-time sales associate to store manager in a timely manner.

      Cons

      The only cons I can think of would be the amount of times we changed uniforms while I was there. I think they should have given us a free pair of shoes or a free handbag for Christmas or within the first year or 5 years of employment.
