      Pros

      Nicest, most supportive team I’ve ever worked with. It’s like being part of an extended family. Everyone cares about each other - from Store management team to sales associates to cleaners etc. Diverse team and all of us from different backgrounds and cultures are made to feel so included. Teamshare scheme is good. Lots of training and opportunity to do different things around the store.

      Cons

      Staff discount not allowed on some things. Would be good to get a higher discount on clothes and items you can wear to work.

      Great Team wonderful management very structural

      Cons

      Pay is beyond bad. New hires will get paid way more than you. No sense of growth. It's almost impossible to grow within not only the company but the store. if you're looking for a position where you want to grow and get promoted, skip this one.
