Pros

I can't think of Pros to work at Coach. Senior Leadership ruined what once was a great place to work.

Cons

The Cons definitely outweigh the Pros with Coach! They include Pressure on Teams, bonus, Individual Goal expectations and lack of appreciation from Senior Leadership.

Pros

I love the staff I work with to death...there like a second family to me, you get a 50% discount at the full price and 60% at the outlets, generally nice and professional people shop in the store, fast-paced work environment during high traffic hours, great training by management... almost like they're your mentors, great networking opportunities, team-share motivates the staff to sell more, and flexible hours are given.

Cons

You HAVE to know how to sell...otherwise you'll be flagged and eventually terminated, most "re-sellers" can be a pain to deal with as they expect to be helped first and believe they're above everyone else in the store, hours can become competitive depending on the month, higher management can set high goals which sometimes leads to low sales which then can lead to little to no hours which I experienced in June

Pros

The compensation and benefits package is fantastic. I have lovely coworkers. The product is beautiful. I love what I do. I adore my job, with one exception. See Cons below.

Cons

According to the upper management, there is no development plan in place for forward mobility within the Coach Brand. Upper management can be very difficult to work with at times. Any attempts to make the company aware of this results in negative repercussions at store level, and zero resolution. A recent employee engagement survey gave everyone hope that changes would be implemented, even though there were suggestions at store level to "be very careful" when answering the questions. Sadly, there were excuses made pertaining to the survey results, and individuals were "weeded out" that had openly expressed dissatisfaction at store level. Regional/National level management groups and corporate departments are either blind to the glaring issues, or have decided not to take action. We are losing amazing employees because of this.
