Accepts new grads. Ok salary for no experience RNs. Staff seem nice people. They smile when you smile to them lol

Cons

Small hospital. Low salary. (But actually, first 8hrs is the base rate, but after last 4 hrs is time and a half) full time. So it's ranging 32-33/hr
